The delivery costs DKK 39, regardless of the quantity of products. We always choose the carrier that can ensure sustainable transport. The products are sent directly to your address and if you are not at home, they will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop according to your postcode.

Delivery costs include VAT.

Expected delivery time is 4-6 working days after order dispatch. We strive to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Where do we ship from?

We dispatch all products from our danish distribution address in Hornslet, Denmark

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Your order is automatically packed 8 hours after we receive your order. We work 7 days a week to pack and ship your orders as quickly as possible!

All orders are packed in the same order as we receive them.

If you have any urgent requests or would like to have your products sent express, please send an e-mail to mette@freethepinetree.dk and we will contact you for an agreement.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking code when we have delivered the products to the carrier. Regarding tracking, please note that it is your sole responsibility to monitor the tracking of the delivery of your package. If for any reason you are unable to do this and the item is returned to our store, you may be charged to resend the package.
